Accounts and API keys
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly revoke compromised API keys. You are responsible for activity performed using your account and keys. You must be legally able to enter into these terms.
Your documents and permitted use
You retain your rights to files you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to process them. You authorize us and our service providers to process those files solely to operate, secure, and support the conversion service. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or submit content you are not authorized to process.
Plans, limits, and billing
Plan limits are listed on the pricing page. Usage is measured by completed conversions in a UTC calendar month and by concurrently pending or processing jobs. Your selected plan, price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and renewal details are presented during checkout. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and can be managed through the account dashboard.
Unless checkout or applicable law says otherwise, subscriptions renew according to the interval shown at purchase until canceled. Cancellation takes effect according to the terms presented by the billing provider. Refunds, taxes, and any trial terms are governed by the details shown during checkout and applicable law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, or the service. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
